VMC is pleased to announce that James Schroder, PT, has joined the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation program.
James has been a physical therapist since 1997, most recently with Functional Integrated Therapy in Fresno. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Fresno State University and graduated Cum Laude from the Fresno State physical therapy program. He has had extensive continuing education in prevention and treatment of injuries and is certified by the North American Institute of Manual Therapy and the McKenzie Institute International Center for Post-Graduate Study in Spinal Mechanical Therapy.

Tony Marciano, PT, DPT
Specializing in Spinal Therapy
A native of Suffern, New York, Tony Marciano moved west to help people experiencing spine injuries. He has a physical therapy degree from Daemen College in Buffalo, New York and a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine, Florida. Marciano has served Visalia Medical Clinic for the past 11 years.

Jennifer Elliott, PT, DPT
Specializing in Sports and Spinal Therapy
In 2008, Jennifer Elliott joined Visalia Medical Clinic's Physical Rehabilitation Center. Elliott, a native of Visalia, earned her undergraduate degree from Fresno Pacific University where she graduated magna cum laude in pre-physical therapy, and then graduated from Loma Linda University with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Jim Schroder, PT
Specializing in functional movement systems
Jim Schroder has 27 years of experience in physical therapy, and recently chose to join VMC. He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor’s degree in science, and was a cum laude graduate of the university’s physical therapy program. He has undergone extensive continuing education training on subjects such as prevention and treatment of sports-related injuries in young athletes, concussion assessment and treatment and workplace ergonomic assessment.
